You’ll receive a tracking number by email or DM once your order ships.

Odalys Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking shows “delivered.”

Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address!

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, you’ll need to pay for reshipping.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at odalysboutique15@gmail.com with photos and your order number.
